Service terms

The commercial terms shown here summarize the RetainLift service and do not replace a signed client agreement.

The standard setup fee is $150 per client account and includes multiple stores. The ongoing fee is 12% of net attributed revenue generated by managed lifecycle flows while the service is active.

Revenue is attributed to a managed lifecycle flow when an order follows a qualifying email click within five days. Refunds and cancellations reduce net attributed revenue.

Statements are prepared monthly in arrears and reviewed before an invoice is issued. Late refunds may be applied as credits to a following period.
